Recession Worries Affect Kids Too

These are volatile times for families – and when parents worry, children worry. Parents worry about financial problems, health care, job security, and their family’s future. These worries trickle down to children who can sense that something is wrong at home.

Children have different anxieties than parents – they may worry about friends, grades, or bad things that could happen to them or their family. During stressful times, worries are magnified, and new worries develop.

Parents are always looking for the right words and ways to help their children worry less and become more confident. Tool Kits for Kids™ can be the right solution for families.
